Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for 100% remote work in the United States. You will lead cross-team engineering efforts, architect scalable systems, and mentor senior engineers while delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, a strong background in distributed systems or large-scale data, and excellent communication to influence engineering culture and standards.

Qualifications

Staff Software Engineer - Remote

Job Title: Staff Software Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $100,000-$180,000 Annually

Experience Required: 12+ years

• Familiarity with FinOps and cost-aware engineering practices.
