About your role

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Workflows squad at Voxel51, you will support the development of data analysis and workflow features that position Voxel51 as a leader in the machine learning lifecycle. Your work will include building scalable UIs, integrating ML features, and handling large datasets like images and videos. You will mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning and growth, with opportunities to contribute to open source and enterprise products.

What you will do

• Architect and develop ML workflows in our web application for diverse clients, from researchers to Fortune 500 companies.
• Write maintainable, flexible, high-performance, well-tested production code.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.

What you should bring

• 7+ years of professional frontend or full-stack engineering experience, with a focus on frontend development; backend experience is a plus.
• BSc or MSc in computer science or related field.
• Expertise in Typescript/React; proficiency in Python is advantageous.
• Experience with or passion for open source projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
