A well established Chicago start up is looking to bring on two new Staff Software Engineers. This company has been around since 2018, is privately funded, cash flow positive and scaling fast.

You will be working on a B2B SaaS application and completely overhaul their B2C applications.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full product lifecycle — from architecture and design through development, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Design, deploy, and operate cloud‑native services in AWS
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and system reliability
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in backend development and distributed system architecture
• Proven hands‑on experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud‑native systems
• Experience with Terraform and modern DevOps practices
