Log, track, and verify resolution of requirements and software defects. Review test plans written by others and provide insightful feedback and assistance. Evaluate and produce test and project metrics, and can speak knowledgeably to quality concerns and test blockers. Create test‑execution plans, categorize and manage test suites, and propose innovations in the testing process via tools, techniques, and process tweaks.
