The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer. This role involves managing technical needs across the Pharmacy Benefits Management space, along with developing and supporting web-based tools. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

The Staff Software Development Engineer is responsible for managing the technical needs across PBM or Pharmacy Benefits Management space. They have accountability for the development, operations and support for web-based tool development platforms. This position works closely with other technical leaders of the PBM space and Claims Adjudication team to assess business goals, strategic objectives and to build a comprehensive and achievable multi-year roadmap for myPBM teams. We prefer candidates to be local to Buffalo Grove, IL or Richardson, TX; hybrid onsite but remote is considered for the right person.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $260,590.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
