You will review designs and code, identify subtle defects, weak tests, and unnecessary complexity, and propose reference solutions that reflect staff- or principal-level judgment without overengineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Staff, principal, architect, or equivalent technical-leadership scope.
• Expert code-review judgment across correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate advanced AI-generated implementations, debugging strategies, architecture decisions, and technical explanations across production software systems.
• Review code and designs for correctness, security, performance, maintainability, observability, and alignment with stated product constraints.
• Identify subtle defects, unsafe assumptions, weak tests, unnecessary complexity, and recommendations that would fail under real production conditions.
• Provide reference solutions and review comments that demonstrate staff- or principal-level technical judgment without overengineering.
