Alpheva seeks a senior architect to lead AI evaluation work on building plans, spatial design, code coordination, and constructability. You will review model responses and worked examples for design errors, incomplete calculations, and coordination gaps, and determine if reasoning meets professional standards.

This is a remote, project-based contract. Scope, hours and assignments depend on matching; the hourly range stated applies to matched work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of substantive experience in licensed architecture or architectural practice.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in building plans, spatial design, code coordination, and constructability, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.
