Qualifications

• 8+ years of building and scaling web-based applications in SaaS environments.
• Leadership of high-stakes projects from ambiguity to launch with long-term system health.
• Experience guiding architectural discussions and decisions.
• Practical integration of AI/ML into production-grade apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and strategy across Leasing teams, guiding architectural decisions that align with business goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex, distributed systems powering agentic AI while balancing innovation with reliability and security.
• Raise the bar for engineering quality through hands-on leadership in design and code, establishing scalable patterns for the team.
• Act as a force multiplier by coaching engineers and fostering a high-trust, autonomous culture with ownership and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and ML leaders to translate AI capabilities into valuable customer outcomes.
• Own the full lifecycle of solutions from discovery to production in an autonomous team.
• Proactively research and apply new technologies and patterns to improve quality and accelerate delivery.
