Our ServiceNow Digital Technology Go to Market team is building a world-class, AI-powered Go-To-Market CRM that gives every seller real-time, data-driven guidance from lead to cash and right inside the Now Platform. We’re seeking a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer with development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM)domain. This role blends application development with cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will work on the ServiceNow platform, leverage AIA Studiofor low-code AI workflows and build intelligent solutions using technologies like Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Your work will help transform how sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams operate.

What you get to do in this role:

  • ServiceNow Engineering:Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops).
  • AIA Studio Development:Leverage AIA Studioto orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.
  • AI System Design:Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrievalto deliver contextual insights and automation.
  • RAG + KG Solutions:Build and maintain RAG pipelinesenriched with Knowledge Graphsto surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal.
  • Agentic Workflows:Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Scalability & Reliability:Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership:Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and by setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with a solid foundation in system design and cloud engineering.
  • Experience in building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Strong familiarity with AIA Studiofor creating intelligent, no/low-code automation flows integrated with AI.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies:
    • Agentic AI(LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
    • RAG frameworks(LangChain, Haystack)
    • Knowledge Graphs( RDF/OWL, SPARQL)
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
  • Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Experience working with GTM domains (CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, sales analytics).
