Telegent, Inc. is seeking a Staff Messaging Engineer to own the architecture and reliability of our SMS and MMS infrastructure. This high-impact role involves shaping message flow across our platform and driving carrier integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building or operating SMS/MMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SMSC/MMSC platforms using SMPP and MM7.
• Strong understanding of delivery receipts and carrier error codes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate SMS and MMS routing systems.
• Configure and maintain SMPP and MM7 connections.
• Investigate and resolve deliverability issues.
