Base pay range

$185,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Direct Hire, 100% Remote

Compensation range: $185–210K, DOE

Are you a seasoned SRE with a passion for operational excellence in multi-cloud environments? Do you thrive on ensuring uptime, scalability, and performance for critical services? Our Portland, OR based client is looking for a talented and independent Lead Systems Reliability Engineer. In this role you’ll architect and drive reliability strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You’ll own system observability, uptime, and resilience—collaborating closely with engineering, security, and product teams.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement scalable, reliable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Champion observability with cutting-edge logging, monitoring, and alerting tools
• Lead incident response and postmortem analysis
• Automate deployments, scaling, and recovery with IaC (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• Mentor engineers and lead a 24/7 on-call rotation

What You Bring

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• Deep expertise with multi-cloud operations and cloud-native technologies
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Proven track record building and securing production-grade systems
• Strong communicator and collaborator under pressure
