Job summary

Hotel Trader is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale mission-critical systems for our global hotel marketplace. This remote-first role enables collaboration with an engineering team across time zones on real-time web apps.

You will architect microservices with Java/Spring Boot on AWS ECS, develop React/TypeScript UIs, and manage data across MySQL, MongoDB, and ScyllaDB while leveraging Kafka or SQS for asynchronous workflows.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of professional full-stack development experience with production systems.
• Strong backend proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Solid frontend expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and modern state management.
• Proven experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms (Kafka/SQS), and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments (ECS, S3 IAM) and containerization tools (Docker).
