Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Staff Security Project Manager to drive security initiatives across all locations. You will own schedules, charters, budgets, and vendor relationships while coordinating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure secure, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications include a US person, a Bachelor's degree, an active PMP, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Travel up to 20% is expected; a competitive base salary is offered with stock options and relocation

• Track record owning multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure with charters, schedules, plans and budgets.
• Experience leading vendor sourcing, RFPs, evaluation, purchasing and change orders.
• Experience overseeing design consultants, integrators, and contractors through construction administration, commissioning and handover.
• Strong budget and stakeholder management with executive communication.
• Experience with document control, change management, and QA/QC governance.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira; familiarity with AI platforms.
• Military or defense industry experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams and departments, including IT, and partner with other project managers to create a cohesive network of project management and keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Travel: up to 20%.

Role Overview:

This is the first role in the door for a brand-new PMO within Security Business Operations, and the Staff Security Project Manager will put their stamp on process creation at CHAOS. The role owns security projects across all CHAOS locations and reports to the Director of Security Business Operations. We are looking for top talent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can dive in, and takes charge.

• Experience with enterprise security systems, including access control, video, intercom, radio, and visitor management

Salary Range: $105,000 - 180,000
