Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Technical Product & Program Manager, Security to embed security across software, hardware and services. You will bridge Security and Product teams, driving strategy, roadmaps, governance, and risk management for complex, cross-functional programs.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and supplier partners, define security features, monitor risk KPIs, and influence decisions to protect product integrity while enabling rapid innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Product, Program or Product Management in automotive/AV or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Proven experience building product strategies and leading large-scale programs.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience directing product development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and security teams to define security features and roadmaps.
• Engage with suppliers to align cybersecurity features and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop high-level security roadmaps and document cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead security integration with governance, risk management and assurance programs.
• Monitor KPIs related to product and security risks, enabling data-driven decisions.
