CreatorIQ is hiring a Staff Search Engineer to design and evolve our real-time search platform, powering discovery across 30M profiles and billions of posts. You will architect Elasticsearch clusters, build high-performance Go APIs, and ensure scalability, reliability, and responsiveness at scale.

This role blends hands‑on development with technical leadership, guiding engineers and shaping architecture for a fast, dependable search experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software development experience with a strong computer science foundation.
• 3+ years of ElasticSearch experience or similar
• Experience designing and operating complex, high-load systems.
• Strong knowledge of ElasticSearch and AWS infrastructure.
• Golang development experience or strong willingness to learn.
• Solid grounding in OOP, databases, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Back-end development to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Contribute through all stages of the product lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Design, implement, and maintain ElasticSearch environments for performance and scale.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to align with business goals.
• Maintain high coding standards with testable and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Foster ownership and accountability within the team.
