Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years of research experience or Bachelor's/Master's with 5+ years in interpretability.
• Strong publication record at top-tier venues.
• Experience analyzing internal representations of large neural networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to probe and reverse-engineer the model's learned representations.
• Design and run experiments to map model learned capabilities.
• Build methods for extracting biological understanding for research.
