Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with strong research track record in model interpretability or representation analysis.
• Hands-on experience with large neural networks and experiments to reveal learned representations.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and GPU-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to understand what our foundation model learns about biology across scales.
• Design and run experiments to map model capabilities and biological function.
• Build tools that expose model internals as actionable outputs for researchers.
• Create interpretable outputs connecting model internals to biological concepts.
