In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assigned studies according to study protocols, recording study results and observations under general supervision. As a lead analyst, you should be able to plan studies, organize notebooks, and process over 120 study samples (one or two runs) or multiple validation runs per day.

The Job
  • Coordinate assigned workflow independently to meet study requirements promptly.
  • Perform routine lab operations, including sample extraction, reagent preparation, pipetting, weighing, monitoring, recording, and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist in data summarization, verification/QC review of study data, notebooks, and reports.
  • Help prepare QA documents for regulatory compliance and perform corrective actions for QA audits.
Work Location
  • This position is 100% based at QPS offices/facility.
Requirements

A degree in Analytical Chemistry is preferred, but degrees in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related sciences will be considered:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR
  • Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with wet lab instruments and equipment
  • Experience with LIMS and databases
  • Proficiency in extraction techniques
