Qualifications

• PhD required in causality, statistics or machine learning.
• Excellent understanding of core ML concepts and statistics foundations.
• Strong experience with Python and PyTorch.
• Proven ability to translate ML papers into production code.
• Experience with clinical/medical data is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement novel causal inference methods for treatment effect modeling.
• Translate machine learning papers into production-ready code.
• Build robust model evaluation frameworks.
• Disseminate results by co-authoring papers and abstracts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
• Co-mentor junior team members.
