Job summary

Ocala Oaks Rehab in Ocala, FL is seeking a Clinical Resources Coordinator to support nursing leadership by recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling staff. You will help ensure the right people are in place to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include distributing and tracking central supplies, collaborating with HR and nursing managers, and maintaining open communication with team members to foster a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active CNA licensure in the state of practice.
