What to Expect
- Make the technical case for the employer's solutions to merchants
- Build trust and foster long-term relationships with Enterprise merchants
- Design custom solutions based on merchants' business priorities and technical capabilities
- Develop pre-sales support materials and documentation for new products and features
- Present custom demos and work with Sales operations to refine scalable business processes
What is Required
- BA/BS degree in business/technology or equivalent technical account management experience
- Minimum of 6+ years in Sales Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Solutions Engineering role
- Exceptional communication skills with strong sales instincts
- Proficiency in at least one programming language for technical tasks
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with high attention to detail
