What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate safety requirements for onsite events, including hangar activities and future facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to Safety, Quality, and EHS teams, including document management, scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Assist with internal audits, self-assessments, and inspections.
  • Support training activities, recordkeeping, and logistics.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing SMS and QMS processes.
  • Support EHS initiatives such as incident reporting, hazard assessments, and compliance.
  • Maintain records for compliance programs and customer requirements.
  • Draft, revise, and control safety and quality documentation.
  • Participate in projects to establish new systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide general coordination to help teams meet operational and certification goals.
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed to support growth.

Who You Are
