Staff Rust Engineer (Solana)

New York, on-site | Full-time, permanent | $300,000 to $500,000 base (flexible for exceptional candidates), plus equity and bonus

The company

Plexus is partnered with one of the highest-volume consumer trading platforms on Solana. It’s a revenue-generating business with nine figures in annual revenue and hundreds of thousands of users. After growing fast since launch, the company is now building a full multichain trading suite, with new products, acquisitions and asset classes coming live.

The engineering team is small, senior and in person. Its systems run under constant real-world load, so performance and correctness matter every day.

The role

This is a hands‑on Staff role with full ownership of the company’s on‑chain programs. You’ll design, build and run Solana programs that handle serious transaction volume, from first design through to deployment, monitoring and iteration.

• Design and build high-performance Solana programs in Rust
