Moonlake is seeking a Member of Technical Staff – Robotics to bridge simulation, world models, and real robotic systems. You will evaluate foundation models, train predictive world models, and develop pipelines that transfer from simulation to real hardware.

Qualifications

• Strong background in robotics, embodied AI, or related fields.
• Experience with physical robotic systems and deployment to real hardware.
• Familiarity with robotics simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Habitat, Gazebo).
• Proven ability to debug across hardware, software, and ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate robot foundation models and policies in simulated environments.
• Train world models to predict environment dynamics and robot behavior.
• Develop real-world robot learning pipelines combining simulated and physical data.
