Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse for the Perinatal Support Unit in Labor and Delivery. The role focuses on comprehensive nursing care across the continuum, with responsibilities spanning assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Night shift, 36 hours per week, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, active Ohio RN license, NCC C-EFM certification, and 5–10 years of L&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• C-EFM certification: Electronic Fetal Monitoring (NCC).
• RN – Registered Nurse with Ohio Board of Nursing.
• 5–10 years RN experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate and document responses and revise care plans.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: perform department duties and support daily operations.
