Job summary

Responsibilities

• Initiates assessment and reassessment based on the patient’s presenting problems/needs in accordance with Bryan Medical Center procedures.
• Synthesizes patient data to identify nursing priorities and outcomes.
• Integrates standards of care into the plan of care based on diagnosis and patient age.
• Executes nursing interventions and provides patient and family education.
• Documents patient care and responses per Bryan Medical Center documentation procedures.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and supports patient transitions to the next level of care.
