Job summary

Berger Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum within our Med Surg setting.

The RN will collaborate with the health care team, document care plans, monitor patient responses, and participate in process improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
• RN licensed by Ohio Board of Nursing. CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document health status.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership in safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
