Job Overview: Provides general nursing care to patients and families in diverse, acute healthcare settings. The department operates 24/7/365. The RN practices according to the Ohio Board of Nursing standards, delegating tasks appropriately to LPNs and UAPs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assessment/Diagnosis: Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments.
2. Outcomes Identification/Planning: Document nursing diagnoses and care plans.
3. Implementation/Evaluation: Carry out and evaluate nursing interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
4. Leadership: Participate in process improvements to enhance quality, satisfaction, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS certification
• BSN required within 5 years of employment

Work Details: Night shift, 24 hours/week, Department: Medical Unit 1.
