OhioHealth is seeking an experienced RN to provide general nursing care in a diverse, 24/7 ICU setting. The RN will be responsible for assessments, planning, and execution of care, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
The role is based in the Intensive Care Unit, with night shift scheduling and a 36-hour workweek. BSN is expected within five years, and current Ohio RN licensure with BLS certification are mandatory.

Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings. The Department has scheduled staff to operate 24/7/365. The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegates nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs using criteria from the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and delivers professional nursing care services according to department policies and nursing care standards.
