Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and within the scope of practice defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and within the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
• Acts in compliance with hospital policies and standards of care to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, License Or Certification Required
