Berger Health System in Mansfield, OH is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift in the Emergency Department. The role provides general nursing care to patients in a busy acute setting, with every other weekend required and a shift differential available.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, delegating to LPNs and UAPs while complying with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Formación

• Current RN license in Ohio in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for ED patients.
• Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participates in multidisciplinary care and quality improvement.
• Maintains safety and adherence to standards in a 24/7 ED.
• Maintains accurate documentation and communication with families.
