Job summary

ScrubPay seeks an experienced RN to triage and treat a full range of emergency presentations in a Level II trauma-capable ED on overnight shifts, working closely with physicians, paramedics and trauma teams. You will document care in a fast-moving, high-volume environment and support safety for behavioral health presentations.

Requirements include Nebraska RN license or active compact state license, BLS/ACLS/PALS within 90 days, TNCC preferred, and ability to work overnight shifts including

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license or active compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required within 90 days.
• TNCC preferred; ED or critical care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and ongoing reassessment of ED patients
• Initiate emergency interventions and stabilize critical patients
• Partner with EMS, trauma, and physician teams on incoming traumas
• Document care accurately in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Support de-escalation and safety for behavioral health presentations

Skills

Nebraska RN license or compact state

BLS ACLS PALS within 90 days

ED/CC experience

Education

RN license/compact state license
