ECMO services support neonatal and pediatric patients with severe respiratory or cardiac failure unresponsive to mechanical ventilation and medical therapy. Our team provides 24-hour professional consultation, patient transport, and ECMO care on the Minneapolis campus.
This role involves coordinating and delivering family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents, utilizing the nursing process. The nurse is responsible for professional practice, including independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in collaboration with the healthcare team.
This is an MNA contract position.

Additional certifications such as NRP (for NICU-based ECMO specialists), PALS, and trauma classes are expected within one year of joining. Demonstrated leadership abilities, crisis management skills, and independent nursing judgment are essential. Applicants will complete a clinical skills self-assessment to confirm readiness.

The salary range is competitive, based on market data. Compensation considers skills, education, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Night, weekend, or on-call roles may include shift differentials or premium pay. All offers are contingent on background checks, drug screening, and employment verification.
