Responsibilities
  • Provide general nursing care to patients and families across diverse, acute healthcare settings (24/7/365 schedule).
  • Practice nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
Key Duties
  • Assessment/Diagnosis: Perform initial and ongoing health assessments.
  • Outcomes Planning: Document nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
  • Implementation/Evaluation: Monitor responses to care and revise plans as needed.
  • Leadership: Participate in process improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
  • Valid RN license from Ohio Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements
  • State Driver's License.
