The staff nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.**Position Summary**: The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
