Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our FROEDTERT WEST BEND HOSPITAL facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 0.001

Shift: Shift 1

Work schedule: 1-2 days/week to cover PTOs, leave of absences, etc. Minimum of 3 shifts/month. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. No weekends, no holidays, no call.

Job Summary:

The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care. Responsibilities include data collection and assessment, developing and evaluating care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices, care coordination, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. May float to other areas as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred, with clinical experience or interest in managing patient populations specific to this area.

Education:

Current nursing licensure required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Licensure:

Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license via NLC. BLS certification from AHA or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
