Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking experienced software test and automation engineers to scale development and production testing for its EW products. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (EE/CS/Physics/Math)
• 3+ years of professional software development in C/C++/Python
• Experience with RF measurements and RF comms systems
• Experience with RF lab equipment and tools (spectrum analyzers, VSGs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
• Experience with automation software, hardware development, and embedded firmware
• Experience designing/building hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test platforms
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance

About The Team

Anduril’s Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) team is seeking experienced software test and automation engineers to scale up our development and production infrastructure. As a test and automation engineer, you’ll develop software integration with RF test equipment, collaborate with product engineering to define the interfaces necessary to implement end-to-end automated EW product testing, and work with RF engineers, digital systems engineers, and manufacturing engineers to design and implement the production testing systems that ensure our customers are delivered a flawless product. You will apply state of the art software construction techniques to ensure the timely delivery of correct mission critical code.

What You’ll Do

• Design and write software frameworks and tooling to enable automated development and production testing
• Integrate testing into CI tools and build infrastructure for scaling regression testing across our systems
• Develop test data pipelines to capture, store, and analyze validation results
• Integrate state‑of‑the‑art RF equipment with our testing infrastructure
• Define and implement the software interfaces and product features necessary to enable end-to‑end testing
• Utilize infrastructure providing deterministic builds and configuration management for deployment, guaranteeing software traceability and minimizing the maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of professional software development experience in languages such as C, C++, or Python; experience with functional programming languages is a plus
• Experience with RF measurements and RF communication systems
• Experience with RF and electronic lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Experience with automation software, hardware development, and embedded firmware
• Experience designing and building hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test platforms
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

US Salary Range$191,000—$253,000 USD
