Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 8+ years RF system test, validation, or characterization experience.
• Strong Python and MATLAB with automated test experience.
• Deep RF measurement knowledge; EVM, ACLR, spectral emissions understood.
• Experience with CFR, DPD, PA, LNA, filters, transceiver architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute 3GPP Radio Conformance Testing (RCT) for RF SoC platforms.
• Develop automated validation frameworks, instrument drivers, and measurement apps in Python and MATLAB.
• Characterize RF subsystems and signal chains (PA, LNA, filters, CFR, DPD) across technologies.
• Investigate RF performance issues using lab measurements and data analysis; cross-functional debugging.
• Develop custom measurement techniques and validation workflows for key radio metrics (EVM, ACLR, sensitivity).
• Drive silicon bring-up and system validation; identify performance gaps and advise design teams.
• Evaluate and optimize RF test equipment to improve accuracy and throughput.
• Build scalable automated regression environments for continuous validation.
