Job summary

Turing is seeking a Staff Research Engineer – Code to own end-to-end data sets, RL environments, and evaluations for coding agents. You will manage data pipelines, validation workflows, and automation, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, QAs, and contractors to deliver frontier-grade datasets and tools.

You will collaborate with researchers at frontier AI labs, define success criteria, and communicate progress to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Post-training SWE experience or coding agents experience
• Engineering management: led teams, interview/hire, QA processes
• Fluency in Python and proficiency in one or more major languages (C++, Java, Go, Rust, JS)
• Strong cross-functional communication with researchers at frontier labs

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: data quality, process design, and team building.
• Collaborate with frontier labs researchers and engineers.
• Drive research, sales enablement, and industry thought leadership.
• Build tools and infrastructure to accelerate data generation and validation.
