Job Summary
The Staff Research Associate I position in the area of molecular imaging and radiopharmaceutical therapy is available within the UCSF Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging.
Under general supervision and guidance from the supervisor, Dr. Robert Flavell the successful candidate will perform pre-clinical experiments focused on developing new radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and treatment of cancer. The candidate will assist in maintenance of the laboratory equipment and supplies ordering.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $26.00 - $31.04 (Hourly Rate).

Department Description
The UCSF Department of Radiology Imaging IT team architects, implements, and manages the computer systems and networks needed to support more than 700,000 imaging studies annually. Our team manages the full stack from network to application and end user support. The team provide Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm support including evening and weekend call to support the Medical Center needs.
