We are seeking to hire a full-time Staff Research Associate I (SRA I) in a cutting-edge gynecologic oncology research laboratory under the mentorship of the Principle Investigator. The lab focuses on conducting minimal risk, specimen-based clinical research on women's health. The SRA I will collaborate with investigators to identify and consent research subjects and obtain tissue and other specimens for various studies. The role involves processing human specimens according to established protocols for downstream genomic analysis, aiming to understand the molecular, cellular, and genetic events involved in gynecologic diseases.
The SRA I will be supervised by the Biospecimen Core Manager, with work assigned accordingly. The candidate must be able to learn and execute lab procedures with initial supervision and perform tasks independently later, following standard guidelines and protocols provided during training.
Pay Range: $26.52 - $31.63 hourly.
