Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in hydropower-related consulting or industry positions.
• Familiarity with federal (FERC), tribal, and state regulatory processes.
• Masters’ degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regulatory documents and environmental permit applications.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of technical and regulatory documentation.
• Research and interpret environmental regulations for compliance strategies.
