Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in hydropower related consulting or industry positions.
Familiarity with federal (FERC), tribal, and state regulatory processes.
Master's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with project management and stakeholder consultation.
Prepare and manage regulatory documents and environmental permit applications.
Synthesize scientific and technical information for clear communication.
Provide quality assurance reviews of technical and regulatory documentation.
