A multidisciplinary engineering firm in Kirkland is seeking a highly motivated Staff Regulatory Consultant to support water resources projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory processes and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include managing regulatory documents, assisting clients, and providing compliance support. This role offers a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in hydropower related consulting or industry positions.
• Familiarity with federal (FERC), tribal, and state regulatory processes.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with project management and stakeholder consultation.
• Prepare and manage regulatory documents and environmental permit applications.
• Synthesize scientific and technical information for clear communication.
• Provide quality assurance reviews of technical and regulatory documentation.
