RN Renal Transplant Urology PCU
Schedule: Full Time - Days/Nights - 36 hours per week

Unit Summary

On STC 3 there is a diverse group of complex patients admitted to this 35-bed progressive care unit.

Specialties Include:

• Renal and Pancreas transplants
• ESRD and Peritoneal Dialysis
• Urology
• Pulmonary Hypertension
• Implanted Radioactive Implant care

What STC 3 offers their nurses:

• Opportunity to train on ultrasound guided IVs
• Work closely with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members
• Gain experience to be eligible for national certification in progressive care, transplant nursing, urology, peritoneal dialysis, and medical-surgical

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• A current and valid nursing license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
