BAYADA at Inspira Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in our BAYADA at Inspira Hospice office, located in West Deptford, NJ. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties.

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, allowing them to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Make home visits in designated areas.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Follow up on doctor's orders and document accordingly.
• Perform assessments and coordinate case management.

Qualifications:

• Current NJ RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
