BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. This full-time/part-time/per diem role supports our office in Atlantic County, delivering 1:1 skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients’ homes.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, 1 year of clinical experience, and the ability to travel. Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (MED/SURG) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Admissions Registered Nurse, for a full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity performing home health visits for our office located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. BAYADA services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Atlantic County. As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation: $54.00 - $64.00 per point ($84,240 - $99,840 annual earning potential)
