BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. The role offers per-diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time status.

Responsibilities include following care plans, performing meds, wound care, and patient assessments, with travel to cases across Cape May County. BAYADA provides comprehensive benefits and training opportunities to support career growth.

Competenze

• Current NJ RN license required.
• At least 1 year of verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch pad tablet

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation: $52.00 - $60.00 per point ($81,120 - $93,600 annual earning potential) ***Sign-on bonus for full‑time only*** BAYADA recognizes and rewards our RNs who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
