What is Required?

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 2 years of home care experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health or Hospice environment
  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse
  • Advanced nursing skills as defined by accepted nursing standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Administrator or Designated Branch Director.

The low end of the compensation range is $80,000 to the high end up to $85,000 annually, which can include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on-call, or other performance-based compensation variables.
