Registered Nurse - Home Health RN BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. Please note: current or recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting with OASIS documentation experience is strongly preferred. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Pay: $58-63 per point, based on qualifications Mileage reimbursement
