As a BAYADA nurse, you will be prepared to succeed and deliver exceptional care.

• Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex patients at home
• Perform 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical area, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient
• Provide skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care per individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Conduct client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor patient conditions

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:

• A current NJ nursing license in good standing
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous home healthcare experience is a plus but not required
